On the way to Ribaritsa village, on 500 meters altitude, there is a housing estate on a common area of 17decare. It is consisted of 25 houses- for one family and for two families. The build- up area is about 125 square meters on two floors. The pertaining land for each house is about 400-600 square meters, and the same houses can be bought with remised right for construction.
Level of construction: up to now about 30 per cent completeness of the property, the deadline for finishing six of the houses is 31.12.2007. the other houses are going to be finished in 31.12.2008. 
Description of the construction:  the buildings are constructed by concrete, bricks and wood. The windows are made by five chambers PVC isolation- golden oak- tree with white glass- package. There is heat insulation all over the houses. The walls and the ceilings are made by plasterboard, flooring – laminated parquet and terracotta. Bathrooms and toilets – all equipped like the kitchen box. For complete furnishing of the houses an additional services are offered in three price categories. All the materials about the houses and concerning the furnishing are bought from celebrated European and Bulgarian companies. There is a possibility for change in the project in certain boundaries, so that the whole appearance of the complex won’t be disturbed.
Additional services: the project has a non- stop guide. Maintenance of the yard, cleaning the house, is offered for a 100 euro per month. There is a restaurant in the village – coffee shop for the residents of the housing estate, also there is a little hotel part with sauna, bath-tub and fitness for the guests. The restaurant offers a preparation of food and its delivery to the houses if the residents have this wish. At the end of the village, walking through paths, the river Vasiliavska is located and some places for relax; fishing and barbeque with stone fireplace are situated there for use of the residents. Parking places – each of the 25th houses has its own parking place and there is also a common parking intended for guests. Contract for management of the property – with the company, that is going to maintain the property or with the restaurant part, could be concluded a contract for management of the property.
